The women who run the deck
Captains, hostesses, therapists, photographers — every professional aboard a Madame Cruise charter is a woman, and every one of them is licensed, trained and proud of it.
Built by women who chose the sea
The maritime industry told them the bridge was no place for a woman. They answered with licenses, sea miles and flawless safety records. When Madame Cruise set out to build Dubai's first ladies-only charters, finding them was not a recruitment exercise — it was a homecoming. Today our captains and hostesses are the heart of the brand: women guests trust on sight, because they have lived the same need for a space of their own.
Capt. Layla M.
Lead Captain
RYA Yachtmaster Offshore with twelve years on the Gulf. Layla has commanded vessels up to 95 feet and trained half the female deck crew in the Marina.
Sara B.
Chief Hostess
Ten years in Dubai's five-star hospitality before moving to the water. Sara designed our on-board service rituals, from the welcome dates to the maghrib pause.
Amina T.
Safety & Training Officer
STCW instructor and former coastguard liaison. Amina runs the safety drills, vets every new crew member and audits the privacy protocol on every vessel.
Licensed, trained, audited
A private space is only restful when it is also a safe one. Our standards exceed what Dubai requires.
- All vessels licensed and inspected under Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA) regulations
- Captains hold RYA Yachtmaster or equivalent commercial certifications
- Full crew STCW-certified: sea survival, firefighting, first aid
- Life vests for every guest, including child sizes, checked before each departure
- Weather and sea-state assessment before every cruise, with a no-compromise cancellation rule
- Comprehensive passenger insurance on every charter
