It started with one question
"Is there a boat where we could just… be ourselves?" A guest asked our founder that in 2024. Nobody had a good answer. So we built one.

Issam has spent years running hospitality in Dubai — short-stay homes, guest experiences, the daily craft of making people feel at ease in a city that moves fast. The pattern he kept seeing: women organizing entire trips around spaces where they could relax fully, and the sea — Dubai's best asset — was never one of them.
Charter boats existed by the hundreds. What did not exist was one built from the keel up around a simple idea: a 100% female crew and a privacy protocol so complete that guests never have to ask for anything. Not an option ticked on a booking form — the whole company.
Madame Cruise is that company. The crew runs the deck. The protocol runs the brand. And the tagline is the mission statement, word for word: the sea, finally hers.

Every decision — crew, menus, mooring spots, even which photographers we hire — passes one test: does it let our guests be completely, comfortably themselves? If yes, we do it. If no, it does not come aboard.
